Insight Meditation is a simple and direct meditation practice based on moment-to-moment mindful awareness. These ancient teachings cultivate an open heart and clear mind. The Buddha taught mindfulness meditation 2,600 years ago as the basis for being on a spiritual path.

Housing and Cost – The cost for the retreat, meals, and basic lodging will be $850, payable with your check and mailed in registration. The basic lodging is in spacious bunkhouses (there are 4) with a maximum of 6 people per bunkhouse. Retreatants must provide their own bedding and linens. Nobody will need to have a "top bunk." Each bunkhouse has 2 sinks, 2 showers, 2 toilets. A few tent sites are also available.

Upgraded Lodging Options – Limited upgraded lodging consisting of private and semi-private rooms is available by request, for additional costs which will be due upon arrival at the Ranch. See options and costs on the registration form. Upgrades are not guaranteed.
