As we enter the New Year, orienting towards what nourishes can provide a foundation for sustainable practice. The Buddha said to his son, Rahula: "When you see that you've acted, spoken, or thought in a skillful way — conducive to happiness while causing no harm to yourself or others — take joy in that fact, and keep on training." In this retreat, we’ll attune to the body, heart and mind, nourishing the depth of compassion and the joy of wholesomeness. Through this renewal, we can bring benefit to ourselves and the world.
During this silent retreat, there will be meditation instructions, sitting and walking meditation, and dharma talks. This retreat is open to all – those with experience and those new to practice.
Zoom Link and additional information will be sent 5 days before the retreat.
